近日，凱德商用產業有限公司宣布，以17.4億元購得首都機場地產集團有限公司旗下的首地大峽谷。如果中國政府審批通過，該項目將成為凱德商用在京的第十家購物中心。新加坡凱德集團總裁兼首席執行官林明彥表示，凱德仍將新加坡作為東南亞的區域中心，而中國則是另一重要的核心市場。凱德將在中國瞄準五大城市群，分別是京津地區，長三角的上海、杭州、蘇州和寧波，珠三角的廣州和深圳，西南地區的成渝和武漢地區。

CapitaMalls Asia Limited announced that it has won a tender to acquire Grand Canyon Mall in Beijing, China at a price of RMB1.74 billion. It will become CMA’s 10th shopping mall in Beijing. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the Chinese government. Lim Beng Chee, CEO of CapitaMalls Asia, said that while Singapore will continue to be the company’s center market in Southeast Asia, China will be another important core market. CapitaMalls Asia will target five city clusters in China, namely the Beijing-Tianjin cluster, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Ningbo in Yangtze River Delta, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in Zhujiang River Delta, the Chengdu-Chongqing cluster and the Wuhan area.
