At 10:08, on the morning of August 18, 2010, the grand ground-breaking ceremony for the Nantong Project developed by Shanghai Jingrui Properties (Group) Co., Ltd was held amid a gala.

Nantong, where Jingrui has set up its 9th foothold, is the developer’s one of the key projects in the roadmap of strategic development nationwide for 2010. The Nantong Project undertakes a mission of historic significance to develop the city southward and improve the residential environment of people there, receiving high attention from the Management Committee of Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area as well as the authorities at various levels. The ground-breaking ceremony for the Nantong Project has been well supported by leaders, setting a beginning for the entire development work. Jingrui will build the Nantong Project into a new benchmark for the city.
